A veteran of the Korean War and seasoned restaurateur with over twenty successful and unsuccessful restaurants under his belt, Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller (1928-2019) founded Earls. His first eatery, called “Green & White,” debuted in 1954 in Sunburst, Montana, in the United States. Fuller emigrated to Canada with his young family in the late 1950s, and in Edmonton, Alberta, he ran several A&W (Canada) restaurants.
